Why doesn't the site have a store like the others?
When using a free platform, for the creation of this website, the concept of store had to be replaced by sending the order and payment data separately.
The final value must always be calculated since it depends on several factors.
Do I have to pay for a budget?
No. After analysis, an approximate range of values is given. If the final value is above, the maximum indicated, the customer does not pay the difference.
Why do some pieces have such a high value?
The artisanal production, the attention to detail, the finishes and the materials used make each piece produced with a high quality, which makes its cost usually high. However, satisfaction, in the acquisition and use, outweighs its value.
How do I know it is not a scheme where I pay and receive nothing or is it different from what is shown?
The schemes usually charge a value well below the real and disappear after some time.
Road to Dreams has been around for a few years and, with pride, all customers were satisfied.
Can I track my order?
Yes. When the piece is not in stock, photos are sent before the final painting and when it is finished. A code and the carrier's website are also provided, where the delivery of the order can be followed.
Do you have the pieces for sale on eBay or Etsy?
No. Maybe in the future. At the moment I prefer to sell directly for a lower price, without the fees charged by these stores.
Are your pieces made in 3D printing?
Most do not, some include 3D detailing and some are fully 3D printed. If [3D-...] appears in the Materials, something has been 3D printed.
High quality is guaranteed in either case.
On eBay and Etsy, I find cheaper disassembled and unpainted pieces. Does it also provide like this?
As the pieces are collectible and are signed by the author, in principle they are all supplied assembled, painted and signed. However, some pieces can already be supplied unpainted.
What guarantees do I have when paying?
The security and return period is guaranteed by payment via Paypal. The other payment methods can be used by those who have confidence in my service.
Can I save on shipping?
Yes. If you order several pieces, I can see if they can be shipped in the same box, reducing the cost of postage. Delivery can also be combined in Lisbon (Portugal), Alta de Lisboa, Continente de Telheiras and C. C. Colombo.
